I am a data scientist who has used deep learning to tackle clinical problems at UCSF. I am also a graduate of the Masters of Data Science program at USF.
On the programming side, I have experience with Python, C++, C#, R, PySpark, PyTorch, Flask, Git, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and AWS (S3, Elastic Map Reduce, EC2).
On the statistical side, I have taken courses in linear regression, time series analysis, Bayesian statistics, and experimental design.
